Refund Policy



We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we always intend to provide a pleasant shopping experience.

If you received incorrect or damaged items in your order, contact us immediately at support@lucremeskincare.com. To accelerate your inquiry, please attach photographs of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number. If we made an error in your order we will be happy to cover the return costs and issue a full refund.

To return an item that was not incorrect or damaged, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for authorized returns within the 15-day period and a 30% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns beyond the 15-day return period. The customer must cover the shipping costs and refunds will not include the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

Once a return is approved, we will issue you a return authorization number. All product returns require this authorization number. The R.A. number must be clearly marked outside the box. The boxes without this number can be rejected.

If we do not receive the merchandise returned or if it is damaged, we will not be able to issue a reimbursement or credit.

Retuned products may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Once your return is received, a refund will be ours to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take between 8 and 10 business days depending on  your financial institution.
