
Purple Cabbage & Green Apple Detox Juice
Detoxifying, antioxidant-rich, and digestion-friendly
Ingredients (serves 1 large or 2 small portions)
• ½ small purple cabbage
• 1 large carrot
• 1 green apple
• 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
Preparation
1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Chop the cabbage, carrot, apple, and ginger into pieces suitable for your juicer or blender.
3. Juice all ingredients except the lemon and apple cider vinegar.
4. Once extracted, add the lemon juice and the teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
5. Stir well and serve fresh. If using a blender, strain for a smoother texture.
