Classic Guacamole with a Hint of Cilantro and Lime


Ingredients:
• 500 grams of ripe medium avocados
• 75 grams of red onion, finely chopped
• 75 grams of tomato, seeds removed and finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil (or to taste)
• 4 sprigs of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 pinch of salt
• Juice of 1 small lime or half of a large lime

Instructions:
1. Prepare the avocados:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place the avocado in a bowl and mash it with a fork until you reach the desired consistency (smooth or slightly chunky).
2. Chop the ingredients:
• Finely chop the red onion.
• Remove the seeds from the tomato and dice it into very small pieces.
• Finely chop the cilantro leaves.
3. Mix:
Add the onion, tomato, and cilantro to the mashed avocado. Pour in the olive oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Gently stir until everything is well combined.
4. Adjust to taste:
Taste and adjust the salt, lime, or olive oil as needed.
5. Serve:
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, toasted bread, fresh vegetables, or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
