
Vital Pineapple & Veggie Juice
Ingredients:
• 1/4 pineapple, peeled and chopped
• 1/4 red or white cabbage (your choice), chopped
• 1 beet, peeled and diced
• 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
• 2 generous handfuls of fresh spinach
• Juice of 1/2 orange
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 cup cold water (optional, to adjust texture)
Instructions:
1. Wash:Â Thoroughly rinse all ingredients. Peel and chop the beet, carrots, and pineapple into small pieces to make blending easier.
2. Juicing methods:
• Blender: Add all the ingredients to a blender, including the citrus juices and water (if using). Blend until smooth. For a lighter texture, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
• Juicer: Alternatively, you can run all the solid ingredients through a juicer and stir in the orange and lemon juice at the end.
