Soothing Lavender Essential Oil Face Mask

This mask is perfect for calming and balancing the skin, while also providing hydration and softness. Lavender has anti-inflammatory, healing, and antibacterial properties, making it ideal for sensitive, acne-prone, or irritated skin.

Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of white or pink clay (purifies without drying)
• 1 tablespoon of pure honey (moisturizes and has antibacterial properties)
• 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel (refreshes, soothes, and regenerates the skin)
• 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil (calming and healing)
• 1 teaspoon of rose water or warm water (to adjust texture)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the clay with the honey and aloe vera gel until you get a smooth paste.
2. Add the lavender essential oil drops and mix well.
3. If the texture is too thick, add a little rose water or warm water to soften it.
4. Apply the mask to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
5. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes (if using clay, do not let it dry completely; you can mist it with water to keep it moist).
6. Rinse off with warm water and gently pat dry with a clean towel.
7. Finish with your regular moisturizer.
