Soothing Chamomile Essential Oil Face Mask
This mask is perfect for sensitive or irritated skin, as chamomile has anti-inflammatory, soothing, and regenerating properties. Combined with honey and oats, it helps hydrate, soften, and calm the skin.
Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon of ground oats (soothes the skin and gently exfoliates)
• 1 tablespoon of pure honey (moisturizing and antibacterial)
• 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt (nourishes and refreshes the skin)
• 2 drops of chamomile essential oil (anti-inflammatory and skin-repairing)
• 1 teaspoon of rose water or warm water (optional, to adjust texture)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground oats, honey, and yogurt until you get a smooth paste.
2. Add 2 drops of chamomile essential oil and stir well.
3. If the texture is too thick, add a little rose water or warm water to adjust consistency.
4. Apply the mask to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
5. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
6. Rinse off with warm water and gently pat dry with a clean towel.
7. Finish with your regular moisturizer.
