Revitalizing Face Mask with Ginseng Powder, Honey, and Coconut Milk


Ingredients (for 1 application):
• 1 tsp ginseng powder (or 1 capsule of high-quality ginseng, opened).
• 1 tbsp raw honey (preferably organic).
• 1 tbsp thick coconut milk (from a can, or coconut cream).
• ½ tsp rosehip oil.

Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, mix the ginseng powder with honey and thick coconut milk until you get a creamy paste.
2. Add the rosehip oil and stir well until fully combined.

Application:
1. Cleanse your face with warm water and a gentle soap.
2. Apply the mask evenly over the face, avoiding the eye area.
3. Leave on for 15–20 minutes.
4. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
5. Finish with your natural moisturizer.
