Revitalizing Detox Juice with Strawberries, Celery & Fennel


Refreshing, detoxifying, and rich in antioxidants

Ingredients (serves 1–2)
• ½ medium cucumber
• 3 celery stalks
• ¼ fennel bulb
• 1 to 2 inches of fresh ginger (adjust to taste)
• 1 green apple
• 6 to 8 fresh strawberries
• Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Core the apple if desired, and cut everything into sizes that fit your juicer.
3. Run the cucumber, celery, fennel, ginger, apple, and strawberries through the juicer, alternating ingredients for smoother flow.
4. Squeeze the lime juice directly into the extracted juice.
5. Stir well and serve chilled.
