Refreshing Cucumber, Pineapple & Fennel Juice


Ingredients:
• 1 medium cucumber
• 1/2 small pineapple, peeled and chopped
• 1 celery stalk
• 1/2 fennel bulb, chopped
• 2 small pieces of fresh ginger
• 1/2 cup cold water (optional)

Instructions:
1. Wash and prep all ingredients. Rinse the cucumber, celery, and fennel thoroughly. Peel the pineapple and ginger, and cut everything into small pieces.
2. Juicing options:
• Blender: Add all ingredients to a blender, including water if preferred. Blend until smooth. Strain if a lighter texture is desired.
• Juicer: Pass all ingredients through a juicer and enjoy fresh.
