
Papaya, Aloe & Wheatgrass Nutrient Juice

Ingredients (serves 1)
• ½ ripe papaya (seeds removed)
• ½ green apple
• 1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
• 1 tablespoon flaxseeds (soaked if preferred for better absorption)
• ½ cup pure aloe vera gel (clear gel only, without the yellow part)
• 1 handful of fresh or powdered wheatgrass
• ½ cup filtered water (adjust to desired consistency)
Preparation
1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Chop the papaya and green apple into small cubes.
