
Green Asparagus Detox Juice
Ingredients:
• 5 fresh asparagus spears
• 5 small dandelion leaves
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 green apples
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
• 1 cup of cold water (optional, to adjust consistency)
Instructions:
1. Clean:Â Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Peel and core the apples. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
2. Chop:Â Cut the asparagus into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
3. Blend:Â Place all ingredients in a blender. Add the water if you prefer a thinner juice. Blend until smooth.
4. Strain (optional): If you want a smoother drink, you can strain the juice to remove pulp — or, if you prefer, you can make it using a juicer instead.
5. Serve:Â Drink immediately to get the most out of its nutrients.
Tips:
• For extra freshness, add a few mint leaves.
• If you prefer a sweeter taste, include a small chunk of pineapple or a teaspoon of honey.
