
Digestive Green Juice with Papaya, Kale & Purple Cabbage
Ingredients:
• 1/2 small papaya, peeled and deseeded
• 1 handful of kale
• 1 handful of purple cabbage
• A small piece of fresh ginger (to taste)
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1/2 cup cold water (optional, to adjust consistency)
Instructions:
1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Remove the seeds from the papaya and chop everything into small pieces to make blending easier.
2. Blend:Â Place all the ingredients in a blender, including the lime juice and water if you prefer a lighter texture. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain (optional):Â For a smoother juice, strain using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
