Chickpea, Lemon, Egg White & Yogurt Face Mask


Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon chickpea flour (besan)
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 tablespoon plain, unsweetened yogurt (preferably organic)

Benefits:
• Chickpea flour: deep cleanses, gently exfoliates, and absorbs excess oil.
• Lemon juice: helps brighten dark spots and has antibacterial properties.
• Egg white: tightens the skin and minimizes the appearance of pores.
• Yogurt: soothes irritation, hydrates the skin, and balances pH due to its lactic acid content.

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the yogurt.
2. Add the lemon juice and egg white. Mix until you get a smooth, spreadable paste.
3. Apply evenly to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
4. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes or until it begins to dry.
5. Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
6. Follow with your usual moisturizer.

Recommended use: Once a week.
