
Antioxidant Face Mask with Berries and Honey
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe strawberries
• 6 blueberries
• 1 teaspoon of pure honey
• 1 teaspoon of plain, unsweetened yogurt (optional – ideal for dry or sensitive skin)
• 1/2 teaspoon of grapeseed oil or jojoba oil (optional)
Benefits:
• Strawberries and blueberries: rich in vitamin C and anthocyanins, they help fight free radicals and revitalize the skin.
• Honey: moisturizes, soothes, and provides antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
• Yogurt: contains lactic acid, which helps calm and soften the skin.
• Grapeseed or jojoba oil: deeply nourishes without clogging pores.
Instructions:
1. Mash the strawberries and blueberries with a fork to make a puree, or for a smoother consistency, you may blend or process them.
2. Add the honey, yogurt, and oil (if using), and mix well until fully combined.
3. Apply the mask to clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
4. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Rinse off with lukewarm water and gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.
