
Alkalizing Green Juice with Pear, Pineapple & Spirulina
Energizing, detoxifying, and rich in chlorophyll
Ingredients (serves 1–2)
• 1 ripe pear
• 3 large chunks of fresh pineapple
• 1 head of romaine lettuce
• 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
• 1 handful of wheatgrass (fresh or powdered)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• ½ cup filtered water (optional, for blending consistency)
Preparation
1. Wash all fresh ingredients thoroughly.
2. Cut the pear and pineapple into chunks. Separate the romaine leaves.
3. For juicer: juice the pear, pineapple, romaine lettuce, and wheatgrass. Add the spirulina and lemon juice afterward and stir well.
For blender: combine all ingredients, including water if needed, and blend until smooth. Strain if a clearer juice is desired.
4. Serve fresh.
